SHIPPING POLICY
If you receive your wine / spirits and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at hello@DramofGlam.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Please do not dispose of the damaged goods as it may be picked up by the carrier for examination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's our goal to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Generally, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please contact us at hello@DramofGlam.com regarding your concerns and we will work with you to earn your satisfaction.
